Clinician Consultation Services

We offer specialized clinician consultation services tailored for neuroscientists seeking expert guidance in neuroanalysis and neuromodulation protocols.

Our comprehensive analyses encompass a range of methodologies, including raw EEG analysis, quantitative EEG (QEEG), independent components analysis, power-power coupling, event-related potential analysis, and phase-amplitude coupling, among others. These services are designed to provide in-depth insights to inform your clinical decisions.

Please note that while we provide detailed analyses and recommendations, all responsibility and liability for patient care remain solely with the treating clinicians. It is imperative that any guidance or suggestions offered through our consultation services be integrated into your practice with professional discretion and in accordance with applicable medical standards and regulations.

Please send over any raw data you would like analyzed (.edf, .ng, .nfx,. .edf, or .eeg) and any files you feel may be of use, including patient information. For confidential information, ensure your patients have signed a form allowing the sharing of their information and brain data.

Zoom Consultation Appointments

Dr. Tiffany Thompson and Dr. Nicholas Dogris: $250/Hour

In these one-on-one sessions, connect with Dr. Dogris or Dr. Thompson via Zoom to review your individual cases, walking through raw data and various forms of analysis using multiple software to understand the neurological basis of your patients complaint. The clinician will tailor a customized protocol to your patient using the neurostimulation and neurofeedback equipment you have on hand.  There is a maximum of three cases considered per consultation call and, depending on the level of complexity, a minimum of one case per 30 minutes is a potential.

 EEG and Quantitative EEG Treatment Plan and Protocol Development: $200/Per Case

 Send us your raw EEG data for editing (eyes open and eyes closed) and patient summary. Dr. Dogris will process your data offline, create a data-only NeuroField report (Dr. Dogris) or detailed email with bulleted findings and dropbox folder of imaged findings (Dr. Thompson) or other data requested. INnaddition to the computational data, the clinician will provide treatment recommendations suited to the equipment you have.

Full QEEG Analysis Report: $500/Per Report

Dr. Thompson will review your eyes open and eyes closed EEG data, as well as client symptoms, and create an in-depth EEG and QEEG Analysis Report. These reports are usually 18-30 pages in length, and are written in a language true to empirical neuroscience, but tailored to the lay person, so that the patient can understand. Each report concludes with a protocol tailored to the patient and the clincian’s equipment. Please book these reports in advance, as schedules fill up quickly—Dr. Thompson has the availability to compose one report per workday.

 Protocol Only: $100/Per Case

For clinicians seeking only a neurostimulation protocol for their patient, send an email with raw eyes open and eyes closed data (.ng, .edf. ,eeg, or .nfx), accompanied with the symptoms presented. Within 48 hours, we will send over a treatment protocol, tailored to the equipment you have. Please let us know in advance if there are any treatment preferences (i.e. neurofeedback over neurostimulation) and we will tailor our recommendations to those limitations.
